In May of 2009, Chef Oscar was invited to Washington D.C. as a Guest Chef for the White House for their Cinco de Mayo Celebration.
Here, Chef Oscar and White House Chef's collaborated to design an upscale menu focusing on foods and styles original to Mexico to serve a welcoming crowd of dignitaries and friends who participated in this event with the Presidential Staff and Family.
